We have several types of Equestrian Access available to potential new members. You can learn more about each membership level by reading our Rule Book.

Full Access: Entitles a rider to full use of the site during normal, daylight hours. Initiation Fee is $3,500 with bi-annual dues of $625.

Off-Peak Access: Entitles a rider to use of site during set off-peak hours. Initiation Fee is $2,500 with bi-annual dues of $475.

Scheduled Access: Entitles a rider to a set scheduled time, once a week, determined at the start of every billing period. Bi-annual dues of $500 with no Initiation Fee.

Summer Access: Entitles a rider full access to the site during the summer months, with the specific start and end dates set every year. Single payment of $900 at the start of the summer with no Initiation Fee.

Horse Access: Entitles one horse full access to the site. Bi-annual dues of $775 with no Initiation Fee.

Non-Rider Access: Once a full-access rider has paid their Initiation Fee for full access, they may choose to maintain their membership as a non-rider. This allows them to keep a horse at the site and issue guest passes, but they will have no riding privileges.  Bi-annual dues of $250.

 

Access for Commercial Photography and Film
Out of respect for our neighbors and the riding community, we strictly prohibit any commercial filming or commercial camera equipment at the Sullivan Canyon site. This includes all commercial and student television of film productions as well as commercial photography.
